Site specific light installation, installed on location at Skagastrond, Iceland, as part of the LightUp 2022 festival organised by NES artist residency. The brightness of the sphere is directly connected to the solar and geomagnetic activity, by receiving real-time data from magnetometers in Iceland. When the activity was high and there was a possibility of the Northern Lights to appear, the orb was turning very dim, almost dark, so as to allow the undistracted viewing of the Lights, thus creating a poetic link with the Sun and the Lights; turning into an inverse mirror image of them.
